Gain a working understanding of the client’s business, its operational style and organisational needs. At the same time understand the rationale for recruitment and the job specification. This enables us to draw up a position profile and to represent the client company authoritatively and knowledgeably to potential candidates.
Narrow down the industry segments and compile a list of target companies in which the search effort will principally be focused. From this we establish a list of candidates.
Personal screening of candidates by in-depth interview on client’s behalf to assess their suitability and interest. From this we establish a shortlist. Provide client with a comprehensive written report of personal data, professional career history and technical abilities, including out analysis and appraisal of each candidate.
Check references of finalists and verify impressions gained during the interview process with individuals who are qualified to comment in-depth on the candidate’s leadership abilities, integrity, technical competence, specific achievements and personal characteristics.
Assist in negotiation of the compensation and employment agreements once a candidate is selected.
Although the search process is complete when an offer is accepted, we will stay in touch with the client and the successful candidate during the transition period, and provide and required assistance as they adapt to the new working relationship.
